The award winning Star Mill project is the renovation and restoration of an 1887 historic mill in American Fork, Utah.

The original concrete was not suitable for various reasons so a new slab was poured over the existing. In order to bond the new concrete to the old, the floor was ground down and then a bond coat of epoxy was spread. New concrete was then placed right over the wet epoxy.
